Sauteed mushroom and celery
How to make this:
Grab a handful of mushrooms, wash them up and slice them into quarters or whatever size or shape you want.
Cut up some celery stalks, I just used two stalks as im making this for myself only.
Slice half an onion and a slice of lemon.
Turn on the stove, put oil in the pan.
When oil is hot enough (i used olive oil) put the sliced onions in and just leave it for a a few minutes until it is soft and a bit brownish, stir a few times. Use medium heat for this.
Next put mushrooms in, followed by the celery. Add salt and pepper and spritz with lemon juice. Saute for about five minutes or until the vegetables are cooked. I like the celery to be a bit crunchy so I don't cook it for a long time. It all depends on how you want it.
